Parents[]
Wataru sometimes uses dated terms that he suggests he might’ve picked up from his parents since they are both quite old.[3]
He tells Eichi that he is thankful to them for taking him in and he does not want to cause any trouble for them.[4]
Hokuto describes them as being so normal that when he met them, he could not believe that they could have given birth to a person as peculiar as Wataru. This led him to (correctly) theorize that Wataru must be adopted.[5]
