Yuzuru transfers in at nearly the same time as Anzu. As a test of strength, Keito asks fine to do its first job—supporting AKATSUKI in its imminent S1. Tori and Yuzuru undergo tough training in preparation for the Flower Festival.

It could be obtained through point rewards during The Flag's Honor ✻ Crowned Flower Festival event and is free to read on Basic in ! mode. The song Usubeniiro no Yakusoku is associated with this story.
