Mr. Writer was a first year non-special student[1] sent by the magazine company for Project-Saga. Over the duration of Rainbow, Mr. Writer visited Yumenosaki once a week to collect data and take photos for the week's article. Unknowingly, during this time Mr. Writer was being used as a clueless spy to gather intel by Ibara.[1] Mr. Writer was supposed to be in Lilith, but quit attending Reimei academy before he could participate in any unit activities as a part of Lilith.
