Leo's little sister, who is a young girl in middle school. In her home series, Ruka loves writing lyrics, but she has trouble performing herself because she is very shy and has stage fright. She idolizes Suzu Kuromori and strives to emulate her behavior.

Ruka is a petit girl with a small build. Her hair reaches below shoulder length, somewhat wavy near the ends and orange, with twintails and center-parted bangs. She has light green eyes that are a lighter shade than her brother's. At school, Ruka wears the Kimisaki 1st Year girl's uniform and wears a pink cardigan along with the uniform during winter. She also wears a black ribbon and a silver necklace with a cross hanging below her collar. She wears red Uwabaki slippers as well.

The younger sister of Kuro Kiryu. Due to the loss of their mother, Kuro has taken care of his sister ever since and has developed a sister complex as a result of this. She is also the reason why Kuro entered Yumenosaki Private Academy, so he could show off his cool side in front of her.

However, Kuro's affection for his sister is quite overbearing, as he has mentioned that he always sends her a text every fifteen minutes, and his sister is quite annoyed with this responding with "You're annoying (*^_^*)" and blocks him.
