Shinobu and Souma feel sympathy for one another. As ones dedicated to serving, they serve as support even in live concerts, but they are brought out into the main roles on stage by the transfer student. RYUSEITAI and AKATSUKI are to perform, at the request of a sightseeing spot. The theme is "ninjas" and Shinobu is fired up. Souma, who has much in common with Shinobu, is also chosen for a big role, and the two of them put tremendous efforts into their leading roles.

Scroll of the Elements (風雲絵巻, fūun emaki; lit. the elements picture scroll) is an event story released on Sep 30th 2016. It could be obtained through point rewards during Secret Acts! The Moonlight Scroll of the Elements event and is free to read on Basic in ! mode. The song Matsuriyo Emaki is associated with this story.

It features Tetora, Midori, Shinobu, Souma, Keito, Chiaki, Kuro, and Kanata.

Shinobu and Souma run into each other in the halls on their days off. As they post flyers up on the school bulletin boards, they come across a troubled Anzu looking for good references. She asks them the following question; "If there were a period drama that featured ninjas in the spotlight, would you want to appear?" Shinobu enthusiastically accepts.
Scroll of Wind
2	Episode 1	Autumn
Shinobu and Souma go to Chiaki to explain the job, and Chiaki calls in RYUSEITAI for a meeting. It turns out that the period drama job is an unveiling ceremony for a new attraction at a local tourist spot. With its challenging budget and desire for multiple units to appear, Chiaki suggests they appeal to Keito to include AKATSUKI in the job.
3	Episode 2	Autumn
RYUSEITAI and Souma go to the student council room and inform Keito of the situation. With the student council's recent drop in reputation, Keito finds the proposal mutually beneficial for AKATSUKI. He guides Shinobu (as head of the Ninja Association) to take on the project as lead, and entrusts Souma with the role of representing AKATSUKI in Keito and Kuro's absence.
4	Episode 3	Autumn
Chiaki goes over the details of the project with RYUSEITAI and Souma; Scroll of the Elements, a joint-live performance that ties in with a movie about ninjas. Souma makes the group refreshments as they speak.
5	Episode 4	Autumn
More conversation continues. Kanata urges Souma to be more independent, while Chiaki sings Souma's praises. Souma also explains where Kuro's been during their period of rest: performing in B1 competitions to stay in shape.

6	Episode 1	Autumn
It's the morning of Scroll of the Elements! Anzu meets Shinobu at a giant frog statue and they discuss ninjas, the days' events, and their families. While Chiaki's wandering the tourist spot's stalls for merchandise, he catches them hugging and misunderstands their relationship!
7	Episode 2	Autumn
Midori and Keito maneuver each other awkwardly as they wait for their unitmates to arrive. Initially stiff, they bond over mascots and art before Tetora arrives with Kuro.
8	Episode 3	Autumn
Keito and Kuro catch up on what they've been doing during their breaks. Contacting the group members that have yet to arrive, Midori, Tetora, Keito and Kuro find Kanata in a pond. Getting out of the water at Tetora and Keito's insistence, Kanata expresses his motivation for participating in Scroll of the Elements.
Signs of the Coming Storm
9	Episode 1	Autumn
Keito and Kuro discuss the joint live, Souma and Kuro's B1 escapades. In the middle of conversation, Souma makes his entrance atop his horse Saigodon, who he's dropping off for a different movie shoot.
10	Episode 2	Autumn
Shinobu and RYUSEITAI come to greet the others, and he rides off with Souma for fun. Chiaki searches for the meaning of love, and Kanata and Midori reassure Chiaki of their abilities to support each other.
A Hero in Stormy Times
11	Episode 1	Autumn
An unprecedented gamble, where anything can happen—AKATSUKI and RYUSEITAI, a collaboration seen only in dreams! The curtain rises, and Scroll of the Elements is about to begin...! The ninjas of RYUSEITAI make their entrance as Shinobu and Souma narrate the story of the performance. Shinobu begins his reflection of his journey with his love for ninjas.
12	Episode 2	Autumn
RYUSEITAI's on-stage focus. Chiaki admires the growth of Shinobu and the juniors. Kanata relates his experience as one of the Eccentrics to Shinobu, and what RYUSEITAI has done for the two of them.
13	Episode 3	Autumn
AKATSUKI's on-stage focus. Keito relishes in the performance of Scrolls. Tetora relishes in getting to perform with Kuro. After encouragement from Keito, Souma begins to enact the climax of the live show with Shinobu.
14	Episode 4	Autumn
The climax of the story takes place. As ninjas and samurai fall around them, Souma and Shinobu take the leading roles as the last men standing. Bolstered by all of the support behind him and the love RYUSETIAI has shown him, Shinobu performs his spectacle: jumping through a ring of fire.
Epilogue
15	Episode 1	Autumn
AKATSUKI and RYUSEITAI indulge in an after-party feast. As they chatter away, Shinobu naps, and they reflect on the success of the show.
16	Episode 2	Autumn
As the story winds down, Souma approaches Anzu since she seems unwell. They talk about the relationship between idols and producers.

It's like this for RYUSEITAI every time, but this time too our meeting turned into one that was confusing and didn't make sense, with people saying things like, "Should we have him jump through a ring of fire after all?" "No, we have to have him use a katon jutsu first" "A frog is absolutely necessary!". It was fun.
