Ensemble Stars! On Stage ~Take your marks!~ is the second stage play and adapts a part of the Ensemble Stars! Main Story. It is produced by Marvelous! and features the units Trickstar, fine, UNDEAD, AKATSUKI, RYUSEITAI and 2wink.

Introduction[]
Trickstar, the up-and-coming unit that emerged victorious at the DreamFes, suddenly have an order to disband thrust upon them by the Student Council President, the "Emperor"...
In order to reform Yumenosaki Academy, Trickstar wins against Akatsuki with their striking performance. As its members bask in their success, the Student Council President, Eichi, who reigns over the academy as its "emperor", suddenly demands Trickstar to disband. Eichi highly praises them for their performance at the DreamFes, and insists that they transfer to other units in order to make the best use of their talents and abilities. Subaru and the others react angrily, finding the prospect of breaking up unthinkable. However, various circumstances surrounding the four begin to change, contrary to Subaru's expectations.
Amidst the unit's breakup crisis, Subaru decides to stand on stage alone despite his concern and confusion. The four members of Trickstar must thus tackle their own respective conflicts and battles―――
