A newly established office on Ensemble Square, abbreviated as NEW DI. The agency is still in the early stage. Though its idols are not overwhelming others in number, NEW DI gradually expands its theater operation, actor cultivation, and program production and other new business.

NEW DI is aiming to create unique and expansive connections to give it a foothold where other agencies do not. The president is Arata Mototsugi, with Tsumugi Aoba as the vice president. Tsumugi manages the agency executively while the president is away on business trips. Tsumugi aided Arata in the agency's creation, considering him a friend and wanting to invest in Arata's dream of bringing unseen idols into the spotlight.
During the ES Summit taking place in the ES!! Main Story, Tsukasa acted as the agency's Idol Representative, along with Tsumugi as the advisor. According to Yuzuru, they act as the regular representatives of NEW DI.[3]
As of the summer of Ensemble Square's second year of establishment (ES!! Year 2), Tsumugi was amicably dismissed as vice president so he can focus on his idol duties, with Arata Mototsugi returning to the office.[4] Since Tsumugi's dismissal, Tsukasa has begun working around the office to assist with the hand-over.[5]
