As long as he is given an environment where his personal safety is ensured, he has no intention of making any special effort and believes that focusing only on what is necessary is fine.[1]
I am Kanna, affiliated with NEW DIMENSION. I am currently a member of the unit called Esupuri, but idol activities are quite the hassle... Although, I am beginning to feel that they are more than just a hassle lately. I’d like to continue investigating in order to find out just what exactly these feelings are and how I am personally being affected.[1]

I am Kanna Natsu. That's it. …As anticipated, I suppose that was indeed too short. Self-introductions such as these would go a lot smoother if I could just have you take a look at the information provided on the documents. It’s a hassle, but I’m left with no choice. Age 12, height at 163 centimeters, weight at 50 kilograms. Calculation is my specialty. Communication and expressing emotions are my weak points, so I believe watching me as an idol would give you a better understanding of me more than my words ever could. …Was this satisfactory?[2]
Appearance
Kanna is a young boy of average build who is fairly tall for his age. He has tousled white hair and muted green eyes. He wears a pair of round, circular-framed glasses. His outfit consists of a white v-necked shirt worn over a teal undershirt tucked into loose navy blue trousers with the legs partially rolled up. He wears this with dark cream colored shoes with laces.
Personality
Etymology
His first name, Kanna, consists of two characters, 神 (ka) which means "God, deity" and 無 (na) "none, nothingness". His last name, Natsu contains two characters, 名 (na) which means "name" and 都 (tsu) "capital, metropolis". His full name, when read in Japanese naming order, is also a homophone of the phrase "natsu kanna" (懐かんな lit. doesn't get attached?)
Trivia
- As of Ensemble Stars!! Year 2, he is the youngest character in the cast.
- He brought an ergonomic sleeping device that he created to the Dorms as he could not sleep in the bed provided in the dorm room.[3]
- As Special for Princess!'s in universe debut is confirmed to have taken place after his ESY2 birthday on June 1st[4], Kanna is 13 years old in all post-debut events and stories.
