Woah! It's so clear out! I'm getting excited! ☆

Ahaha, it's still spring, but I feel like I might get a tan! Actually, if I'm going to get a tan, now's the time! Right, Ukki~?

Makoto Yuuki School Dialogue Render

Huh? Don't just throw a topic at me all of a sudden!

So the transfer student can photosynthesize[1]…?!

Subaru Akehoshi School Dialogue Render

Ahaha☆ As usual, you're great at making things awkward with your one-shot gags!

Makoto Yuuki School Dialogue Render

Awkward?! But I'm always pretty confident when I come up with something!

Subaru Akehoshi School Dialogue Render

Well, anyway. Hokke~, there was something I didn't understand from your explanation earlier.

Hokuto Hidaka School Dialogue Render

Hm. If my explanation was inadequate in any way, then please, point it out.

Subaru Akehoshi School Dialogue Render

It's not that it was inadequate or anything. I just don't really get what the transfer student's position is, you know?

I know the point was to explain to the transfer student about our school, but we're also really curious about the transfer student!

So tell us more about her! I wanna know, I wanna know☆

Hokuto Hidaka School Dialogue Render

Akehoshi, you shouldn't say the same thing more than once like that. It's a bad habit. There's nothing wrong with how it actually sounds, but it makes you seem childish.

But alright. Akehoshi's right in being curious, after all.

Come to think about it, everything about transfer student is such a mystery.

She's the only girl around here when everyone else in the idol course is a guy… Wait, you are a girl, right? Not one of those male idols that crossdresses as one?

Hokuto Hidaka School Dialogue Render

She's obviously female. You can tell by her build. Secondary sex characteristics aside, it's possible to determine someone's sex by their body type.

Though things might be simpler if she really was a guy crossdressing… How's changing and going to the bathroom going to work out?

Hokuto Hidaka School Dialogue Render

There are other female students in the regular course, but it's probably troublesome to have to go to the other school building for every little thing.

Makoto Yuuki School Dialogue Render

Plus, the site for the idol course and the site for the other courses are cut off by fences and information desks and things. It'd be time-consuming to go back and forth all the time.

Hokuto Hidaka School Dialogue Render

Well, there are women amongst the staff and foreign lecturers, as well. So for the time being, she'll just have to use the same facilities as them.

Getting back on topic… From what I've heard, Yumenosaki Academy is apparently going to be made entirely coed starting from next year. So the transfer student is a test case for that, or rather, the very first female student here.

Makoto Yuuki School Dialogue Render

Oh yeah, didn't the principal say something about that during the assembly the other day?

Coed, huh~ Well, it's not like there's much point in only specializing in training male idols, anyway. And besides, I feel like lately, it's female idols that leave a more lively impression, isn't it?

Hokuto Hidaka School Dialogue Render

Speaking of which, the magnitude and energy in the entertainment industry… or, to use a more biased term, in the "idol industry", has been going up.

Maybe they're starting to reconsider Yumenosaki Academy's old-fashioned way of doing things.

Not only are they making the school coed, but there are plans to expand the career categories that students can be trained in, as well. Female idols is just one of them; they also plan on adding others such as voice actors, actors, and musicians, just to name a few.

Apparently, the transfer student's going to be enrolled in the "producer course" that was also newly-established in accordance to that plan.

  1. Photosynthesis: the joke is that it's pronounced as kougousei in Japanese, which sounds like tenkousei, meaning "transfer student".
